日晒去浆是My Liberica的经典处理方式。新鲜的咖啡果按大小分级,去掉果肉,放入通风的篮子中发酵过夜,然后放入控温控湿的温室进行干燥。
蜂蜜的甜美与巧克力的芬芳交织,夹杂着一丝坚果的芬芳。这款咖啡口感醇厚圆润,最适合在早晨享用。
MY LIBERICA 在柔佛州古来拥有 50 英亩(20 公顷)精心种植的咖啡树。由于独特的土壤养分和条件,所有咖啡树均采用利比里卡 (Liberica) 品种。为了提高咖啡品质并践行环保理念,我们利用农场的咖啡渣生产有机肥料。
为了刺激产量,提高咖啡种植和收获的质量,我们还从附近的咖啡农那里收购咖啡樱桃,通过提高收购价格来鼓励农民生产高质量的咖啡樱桃。
