How does prepaid billing work?
You pay once today and that covers three monthly deliveries. At the end of the quarter the plan renews with another single charge, unless you've cancelled — cancelling stops the next charge, never the bags you've already paid for.
Which roaster is next?
It's a surprise — that's half the fun. We announce each month's roaster when your bag ships, with their story and a dialled-in recipe in the box.
Do I choose the coffee?
No — the tour is fully curated. One roaster, one coffee, chosen the way we'd choose for ourselves. If you'd rather pick your own beans, the Blend or Single Origin subscriptions are yours to build.
Why whole bean only?
These roasters profile their coffee to be ground fresh. Ground coffee starts to fade within 30 minutes; whole bean keeps the flavour intact until you brew.
How is this cheaper than the monthly tour?
Committing to a quarter up front takes the per-month price down — the exact saving is shown on each tier above, worked out against the monthly plan's current price.

Free on every delivery, nationwide — East Malaysia included. (The RM 80 / RM 150 / RM 200 thresholds only apply to one-off, non-subscription orders.)
