Ethiopia Habtamu Guji G1 - Washed
Cranberry and rhubarb over peach syrup.
A limited washed lot from Guji in southern Ethiopia, produced and exported by Habtamu Fikadu Aga. The pulped cherry fermented under water for two to three days, then dried on raised beds for ten to twelve. Tart cranberry and rhubarb lead, rounded out by a syrupy peach sweetness.
