About this chocolate bar:

Like single origin coffee beans, the single origin chocolate bar is made of cocoa beans from a single cocoa farm to exhibit its unique flavour characteristics. Lemuel Chocolate made the chocolate bar with only cocoa beans & organic cane sugar, no nasty additives & chemicals. The cleanest & purest chocolate bar!

Mondulkiri Province is the largest province in Cambodia.  It is also the most sparsely populated province. It is located to the far east of Cambodia, bordering with Vietnam to the east and south. It is located west of Kratie Province and south of Ratanakiri Province and South-east of Stung Treng. The province was established in 1961.

Mondulkiri Province contains an area of 14,299 square kilometres, with elevations above sea level ranging from 190 metres to 1,000 metres. Mondulkri Province is known for its large waterfalls and forested hills.  The most famous of these waterfalls is Bou Sra, a large three-tiered waterfall 43km from Sen Monorom.

This chocolate bar is made with cocoa beans by Bunong tribes & Khmer farmers. The cocoa trees are organically grown on red volcanic soils. After harvest, the cocoa beans go through Anima® fermentation and are sundried for 7 days.

This Cambodia chocolate bar is a one time only limited launch by Lemuel Chocolate. It has delicate floral qualities and dried fruit aromatics, pair with hints of nutty notes like almond.

All chocolate bars are tempered chocolate & individually wrapped with an additional protective layer, hence it does not melt easily and is safe to ship. We recommend leaving the chocolate bar aside overnight at room temperature once you receive it and the chocolate bar will be perfect to consume the next day.
