Cup of Excellence Honduras #4 Las Virginias - Anaerobic Washed
Mango and rhubarb with a rum-raisin finish.
Fabio Antonio Caballero's Geisha and Pacamara from Las Virginias, in Marcala, placed fourth in the Exotic category of the 2026 Honduras Cup of Excellence. The cherry rested whole overnight, was depulped, then sealed in barrels for a 48-hour anaerobic ferment before washing and a shaded dry on raised beds. Ripe and intense, with mango and rhubarb over rum-raisin.
