Before you order
The questions every first-timer asks.
Do I need a grinder?
Yes. Every pack is whole bean, because ground coffee starts losing its aroma within about an hour and these packs are meant to taste like the roast date. A basic hand grinder is enough. If you would rather skip the grinder entirely, our drip coffee box is pre-ground into single-serve filters.
How much coffee is in each pack?
15g of whole beans per pack, which brews roughly one to two cups depending on how strong you like it. The Blend Assortment and Single Origin Assortment each hold six packs.
How do I brew it?
Any way you already make coffee — pour-over, French press, moka pot, AeroPress or espresso. A good starting point is 15g of coffee to 250ml of water just off the boil. Our first-brew guide walks through it step by step.
How fresh is it?
We roast to order in Kuala Lumpur and ship within 24 hours of the roast. Beans are at their best from about a week to a month after the roast date on the pack, so brew them within that window.
What does delivery cost?
Peninsular Malaysia: RM7, free on orders from RM80. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: RM10, free from RM150. The shipping options for your address show at checkout before you pay.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us which pack was not right and we replace it, no questions asked. That is the same guarantee we put on every full bag.
