Liberica is a different coffee species from arabica, with bigger beans and a heavier body, and Malaysia grows it. Taste it on its own from two parts of Johor, or inside two of our house blends.

Coffee needs a few days to settle after roasting. Between 7 and 30 days from the roast date is where it sings.
Every bag carries its roast date, so you always know exactly where you are in that window.
