Finca Buenos Aires sits in the scenic Dipilto Mountains of northern Nicaragua, near the Honduran border — a testament to the Valladárez family's dedication to coffee excellence. Established by Luis Emilio Valladárez over 50 years ago, the farm spans 75 hectares, and under his son Olman's management it has flourished. Most recently it secured 7th place with a natural Maracaturra in the 2024 Cup of Excellence.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?+
This lot is roasted by Proud Mary on the date shown beside the size, and ships about one week after roasting — right as the beans enter their 2-to-3-week peak. Domestic orders typically arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch.
When is the coffee at its best?+
Beans need about 5 to 7 days to degas, then hold their peak from 7 to 30 days after the roast date printed on the bag. Keep the bag sealed, somewhere dark and room-temperature — never in the fridge.
Whole bean or ground?+
Whole bean stays fresh longest, so pick that if you have a grinder. If you don't, choose the grind that matches your brewer and we grind it right after roasting.

Free shipping from RM80 in Peninsular Malaysia and RM150 in East Malaysia. We also ship to Singapore (free from RM200), Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia, the UK and most of Europe — rates calculated at checkout.
